MIND – Providing a wealth of information about all things mental health.

Samaritans – You can call Samaritans in times of crisis or even if you just need somebody unbiased to talk to. Their website is also full of great mental health advice.

Elefriends – Elefriends is a supportive online community for people suffering from mental health issues. It is run by MIND and is a great safe space to share your troubles.

FRANK – Frank is a great resource if you struggle with addiction, dependency or want information and advice about drugs. They can also help you find local charities and organisations for addiction treatment.
